Once the question has been popped and the date has been set, it’s time to start inviting guests to celebrate with you on your special day! At Robedee Design, we understand that selecting your wedding invitation suite may seem overwhelming at first. That’s why we offer one-to-one design services to make the process as personal, fun, and stress-free as possible.

INVESTMENT

Custom Wedding Invitation Suite requires a minimum investment of $2,000.

Our couples are often spending between $2,200 and $3,500 for ~100 wedding invitation suites with printing and embellishment upgrades.

Custom Wedding Invitation Design Includes:

  • 1:1 Service / Communication via Email/Text/Phone

  • 60 Minute In-Person Design Consultation, or Virtual Design Consultation, to learn more about your wedding day, review the overall look and feel of your wedding invitations – inspiration samples, design, print methods, paper options, wax seals & more, and create a Custom Design just for you.

  • Estimate and Design Board

  • Contract and Invoice

  • A 5-piece invitation suite

  • Digital flat printing, with the option to upgrade to thermography, letterpress, foil

  • Digital flat guest address printing on the outer mailing envelope + response envelope

  • Two (2) Custom Design Mockups during Round 1 Proofs

  • Three (3) Design Proof Rounds

  • Behind the Scenes Communication & Coordination with Trusted Print and Paper Vendors

  • Your Beautifully Printed Custom Wedding Invitation Suite

  • Custom Wedding Invitation Suite Review, Quality Assurance, Hand Counting, Prepping, Packaging and Assembly, if applicable.

  • Final Pick-Up/Delivery Appointment

Starting at $2,000

Typically, couples fall in love with the work they are seeing on our Website and Instagram. Some of the suites are simple, yet beautiful, and include digital printing, colorful backing layers; and others include bells and whistles with printing upgrades and embellishments – such as foil, letterpress, pocket enclosures, belly bands, wax seals etc.

  • Invitation quantity

  • Budget (Minimum investment required is $1,749.)

DESIGN CONSULTATION

We’ll set up an appointment to chat about your wedding – from the overall look and feel to the day-of details. We’ll look at paper and ink swatches, invitations, discuss wording etiquette and more.

If you are local, we can meet in person; if you aren’t we can connect via Email, Phone, or Teams. Design Consultations are 60 to 90 minutes!

ESTIMATE + DESIGN BOARD,
THEN CONTRACT + INVOICE

Based on our discussion in your design consultation, we’ll send a detailed estimate and design board. Upon approval, a contract and invoice will be provided. Once we receive the signed contract and 50% non-refundable payment – CONGRATS you’ve officially become a Robedee Design Client!

WEDDING INFO & TIMELINE

We’ll send you our wedding info package via email. The wedding info package includes:

  • Wedding Invitation Copy Document – You’ll receive a wedding copy document to make your copy selections – wedding host, ceremony, venue, accommodations, wedding website & more. Based on our consultation, the information will be filled out already! :)

  • Guest Address Google Sheet – You’ll receive a google spreadsheet link to fill out all of your guests’ names and addresses.

  • Project Timeline - You’ll receive a custom project timeline with all of the key dates to create your Wedding Invitation suite.

DESIGN PROOFS

Once we receive your wedding info package, Robedee Design can start to create your design proofs. The design proofs will be emailed – all full-color digital files. During the design process, we’ll work together to create your custom Wedding Invitations.

FINAL APPROVAL

We have finalized the design, and its time send the files off to the printer! Yay! We’ll send you an email with the final invitation suite files, which are print ready. You will review all files, and provide final approval. Once you have provided final approval, the files will be printed exactly as shown in the signed proofs, and you will no longer be able to make changes. Final balance is due with returned approval and sign off.

Once final approval and final payment is received, files are immediately released to the printer.

PRINTINg + SHIPPING
REVIEW + Packaging
PICK-UP/delivery

Once we receive your invitations back from the printer, we’ll carefully review it all by hand, and prep your order for pick-up or delivery. A lot of time and care is taken during this process. Wedding Invitations are hand-counted, and hand-assembled, if applicable. Then, a pick-up or delivery appointment is scheduled.

WEDDING DAY DETAILS

About 2 months before your Wedding, we’ll follow-up to schedule time to create your Day-of Details: Ceremony Programs, Menus, Escort Cards or Seating Chart, Table Numbers, Wooden Signs and anything else you may need.


SHIPPING

If you need your Wedding Invitations shipped, Wedding Invitations ship to US customers via UPS or USPS. The shipping cost is based on ground or expedited shipping.
